In
general, Fannin Healthcare will authorize the return of any
item purchased from our site, and we will take full responsibility
for any damaged products. There are some exceptions to this
policy so it is a good idea to review the following information
before submitting a return.
We
do not accept returns of:

Products returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery
· Regulated hazardous chemicals or reagents
· Instruments that have been used to analyze human
body tissue
· Products returned in defaced or other-than-original
packaging
· Apparatus or equipment that has been sterilized
We're
sorry, but Fannin Healthcare cannot accept the return of refrigerated
products. The only exception is cool room, which must meet
the following five requirements.

The product is being returned because it is different than
the one ordered
· The product is returned no later than five days after
it was shipped
· The outdoor temperature is no warmer than 86 degrees
Fahrenheit
· The product has been stored in an appropriate temperature-controlled
environment
Credits and fees:
Credit
will be based on the original invoice price.
Returns will be subject to a minimum 5 percent inspection
and handling fee or €50, whichever is lower, subject
to a minimum charge of €50 unless the return is a result
of our error.
Return
Procedure
Following
these steps when returning a product will help avoid unnecessary
delays in completing the process and crediting your account.
You
should not throw away controlled substances that are damaged.
Liquid may be discarded, but the container should be saved
and returned.
Fill
out and submit our online Return Request form. We'll send
you an e-mail with your "Goods Authorization Number"
(GRA#) and detailed return instructions within two business
days
.
If we do not issue a certificate of destruction, we will arrange
for a courier to pick up the return. Remember to pack and
seal your return securely in the original packaging and include
a copy of the e-mail instructions.
